CONTINUITY
A rep resigned. Do your customers leave with them?
The numbers are company property. So is the history on them. That only helps if you can hand it over.
27Customers who have never spoken to anybody else at your company.

Reassigning the number moves every thread above to the next person, with history intact.
27 customers have only ever spoken to Derek
For sales leaders whose reps sell from the WhatsApp Business app on company phones, WAOversight shows which customers have only ever spoken to one person, and what a departing rep leaves unfinished: open threads, promises made, and customers still waiting. Reassigning their company number hands every conversation to the next rep with its full history, and no number change.

01 — WHAT A HANDOVER LOOKS LIKE
The threads move. The history goes with them.
Reassigning a company-owned number hands every open conversation to the next person, at the depth of history you set.

Nothing is exported and re-imported, the customer's number does not change, and the customer is not messaged about any of it.
The report is worth running while everybody is still employed. Read as a plan it is useful; read as a post-mortem it is only tidy.
It does not stop a rep taking a relationship with them. It shows you which relationships are exposed while there is still time to widen them.
02 — WHAT THE NEXT PERSON READS
The conversation, not a summary of it.
Every line of the handover opens the thread behind it, so the person taking over reads what was actually said rather than an account written by the person leaving.
Promises, prices and excuses are all in the words themselves. A handover written by hand is a summary of them, produced by the person with the most reason to shorten it.
Generated for any rep, at any time, not only when somebody resigns.

03 — BEFORE AND AFTER
What changes
TODAY
You find out how much one person was carrying on their last day, from a handover written by them. Anything they forgot, or would rather not mention, goes with them.
WITH WAOVERSIGHT
You already know: 27 customers at risk, 9 threads open, 3 promises made in writing. The next person starts from the record instead of from a conversation nobody wrote down.
04 — LIMITS
What this does not do
It does not stop a rep taking a relationship with them. It shows you which relationships are exposed while there is still time to widen them.
It has no reach into a personal number. If a customer was moved off the company line, we can show you that it happened, not what was said afterwards.
It does not manage your CRM records. The handover is of conversations, not of pipeline stages.
It cannot reassign a number that was never linked.
06 — QUESTIONS
What people ask about this
What happens to WhatsApp customer chats when a salesperson leaves?
On a personal number, they leave with the rep. On a company-owned number linked to WAOversight, the archive stays: every conversation, promise and open thread. Reassigning the number hands the next rep the full history, with no migration and no number change.
Is this even legal?
On company-owned numbers with written notice to staff, in most jurisdictions yes. We give you the policy and acknowledgement form to get it signed off. We are not lawyers; we give you the paperwork your HR needs.
How much work is setup?
One QR scan per number, about a minute each. Nothing for reps to install, no number changes, no migration. A ten-person team is live inside an hour.
It's cheaper elsewhere.
Some are. Check what happens in month seven. Several competitors delete your archive after six months. Ask them for their uptime figures too, and see whether they publish any.
What if a session drops?
You get alerted, and the rep re-scans a QR code. Everything already captured is unaffected: the archive is independent of the live session. Current session states are visible in your dashboard at all times.
Find out what happened last week.
Fifteen minutes, your own numbers, no slides. If you don't see something that surprises you, we'll say so.
