COVERAGE
The deals going quiet while nobody is watching.
Deals do not die loudly. They stop, and the silence looks the same as a busy week.

For sales leaders whose reps work leads in the WhatsApp Business app on company phones, WAOversight lists the conversations that have gone quiet past a threshold you set, the accounts nobody contacted in a period, and the customers who messaged and never received a reply. Each entry carries the customer's name, the rep assigned, and how long it has waited.

01 — HOW A DEAL GOES QUIET
Nothing happens, and then nothing keeps happening.
Four live conversations crossing your threshold, one after another. This is the part of a week that leaves no trace in anybody's inbox.

A dormant thread produces no notification, no unread badge and no complaint. On a phone it is indistinguishable from a conversation that ended happily.
Set the threshold at the point where you would be embarrassed, not at the point where the list is short.
Three people messaged this company and got nothing back at all. That list is short enough to read yourself.
02 — IN THE DASHBOARD
The same silence, counted.
What the board lists row by row, the dashboard carries as one tile you cannot walk past on a Monday morning.
Zero-touch accounts are usually a distribution problem rather than a laziness problem: check how leads are handed out before you check who is lazy.
Nothing on this screen is a score. It is a queue, and it is meant to be worked worst first.

03 — BEFORE AND AFTER
What changes
TODAY
A conversation stops. Nobody notices, because nothing happened, and nothing continues to happen until the customer buys somewhere else or complains loudly enough to reach you.
WITH WAOVERSIGHT
The thread appears on a list the morning it crosses your threshold, with the rep's name on it. You reassign it, or you ask about it, while the customer is still interested.
04 — LIMITS
What this does not do
It does not decide which quiet conversations matter. It shows you all of them and lets you set the threshold.
It does not chase anybody. There is no automated follow-up and no message this product can send.
It cannot know a deal closed over the phone. If the conversation moved off WhatsApp, it looks dormant here.
It does not assign leads. It shows you the ones that were never picked up.
06 — QUESTIONS
What people ask about this
We already have a CRM.
Keep it. A CRM records that a conversation happened, written up afterwards by the person it reflects on. We show what was actually said, including what was deleted. Most customers run both.
My team will think I don't trust them.
Then tell them, which you have to do anyway. Nothing here is hidden from your team: they are told which numbers are archived and why, before you link one. Your own reading is on the record too, because every manager view is written to an access log that your workspace owner and your auditors can read, and that nobody can edit or switch off. Send them our employee page before you roll it out.
How much work is setup?
One QR scan per number, about a minute each. Nothing for reps to install, no number changes, no migration. A ten-person team is live inside an hour.
Do we see old conversations?
Capture starts when the number is linked, so history before that is limited. We say this upfront because it's the honest answer. We offer a one-time chat export import at onboarding to fill the gap.
Find out what happened last week.
Fifteen minutes, your own numbers, no slides. If you don't see something that surprises you, we'll say so.
