5 documents on the shelf, none of them gated
For sales leaders whose reps sell on WhatsApp, WAOversight publishes 5 working documents: a guide defining all 47 metrics worth measuring, a benchmarks report that fixes its method in public before any figures, a worksheet that costs a week of left-waiting conversations, a guide to a team on several WhatsApp Business phones, and a guide to WhatsApp tracking. None gated.

Response benchmarks
How fast WhatsApp sales teams reply, measured properly. The method is public first, the figures follow.

Several WhatsApp Business phones

What WhatsApp tracking means for a sales team on company phones: 8 things a management view shows, 5 it cannot, and how the link works.

02 — HOW THESE ARE MADE
What is here, and what is not.
The same rule the product runs on: say what you know, and say when you do not know it.
Nothing is gated
No form, no email address, no drip sequence afterwards. If a document is useful, it is useful to somebody who never buys anything from us.
No figure is invented
Every number in these documents either comes from the demonstration dataset, which is labelled as one, or from what you type into the page yourself.
The benchmark numbers are not here yet
We fixed the method in public first, so the figures mean something when they arrive rather than being whatever made us look good on the day.
Find out what happened last week.
Fifteen minutes, your own numbers, no slides. If you don't see something that surprises you, we'll say so.
