FOR INSURANCE
What your agent told the client about their cover is not written down anywhere.
Cover is explained in a chat thread and disputed a year later at claim time. Whoever has the record wins that conversation.

14 conversations went quiet past the threshold
For insurance sales managers whose agents handle renewals, claims updates and cover questions in WhatsApp Business on company phones, WAOversight shows which renewals went quiet before the date passed, what each client was promised, and what was deleted. A dispute about what a client was told has a record to check, on company-owned numbers only.

01 — THE FAILURE
The dispute arrives twelve months after the conversation.
A client is told their policy covers something. At claim time it does not, and the only record of the conversation is a chat thread on a phone that may have been replaced, wiped, or is now in a former employee's pocket.
The second failure is a calendar one: a renewal that needed a nudge in week three got it in week seven, or not at all, and the client renewed somewhere else without ever saying so.
Neither failure announces itself. Both show up as lapsed policies at the end of the quarter.

what this costs hereA renewal that goes quiet in week three never announces itself. It arrives at the end of the quarter as a policy that lapsed.
02 — WHAT CHANGES
Today, and with an archive behind you.
TODAY: A client says they were told the policy covered it. Nobody can check.
WITH WAOVERSIGHT: The conversation is in the archive with dates, including anything deleted.
TODAY: Renewals are chased when somebody notices the date.
WITH WAOVERSIGHT: Threads that go quiet appear on a list before the renewal window closes.
TODAY: A claim update was promised and never sent.
WITH WAOVERSIGHT: The promise is in the record and the thread shows nothing followed it.
TODAY: An agent leaves and their book has no written history.
WITH WAOVERSIGHT: Every client conversation stays with the company number.
TODAY: You cannot show a regulator what a client was told.
WITH WAOVERSIGHT: An export with a tamper-evident chain, which anyone can verify independently.
04 — QUESTIONS
What managers in this sector ask
Is this even legal?
On company-owned numbers with written notice to staff, in most jurisdictions yes. We give you the policy and acknowledgement form to get it signed off. We are not lawyers; we give you the paperwork your HR needs.
We already have a CRM.
Keep it. A CRM records that a conversation happened, written up afterwards by the person it reflects on. We show what was actually said, including what was deleted. Most customers run both.
Do we see old conversations?
Capture starts when the number is linked, so history before that is limited. We say this upfront because it's the honest answer. We offer a one-time chat export import at onboarding to fill the gap.
What if a session drops?
You get alerted, and the rep re-scans a QR code. Everything already captured is unaffected: the archive is independent of the live session. Current session states are visible in your dashboard at all times.
Find out what happened last week.
Fifteen minutes, your own numbers, no slides. If you don't see something that surprises you, we'll say so.
