That is an inference from absence, so verify it with them. Here, retention is a setting you own, and the capture path preserves deletions and edits with both timestamps whether or not anyone upgraded anything.
On reliability, we can only quote their users: recurring Capterra complaints describe frequent disconnects and re-linking, slowness, and slow history downloads. Their words, not our lab tests.
