FOR AUTOMOTIVE
The discount was agreed on WhatsApp. Nobody told the sales manager.
Vehicle deals are negotiated in a chat thread and closed in a showroom. The margin conversation happens in the thread, where nobody can see it.

23 deleted messages kept in one week
For dealership sales managers whose salespeople quote and follow up in WhatsApp Business on company phones, WAOversight shows which buyers are waiting on a reply, who replied and how fast, and what discount was offered. It flags discounts above a threshold you set, keeps any deleted message with both times, and lists the buyers left waiting after a test drive.

01 — THE FAILURE
Margin is given away one thread at a time.
A salesperson under pressure offers a number they were not authorised to offer. The buyer accepts, the deal is written up at the agreed price, and the conversation that produced it is not part of the file.
Sometimes the message is deleted afterwards. The buyer has already read it, and will hold you to it.
Meanwhile the test-drive from Tuesday was never followed up, because following up depends on somebody remembering rather than on anything you can see.

what this costs hereA buyer left waiting a day is a deposit placed at the dealership down the road, and the negotiation that led there is on a phone you do not hold.

TODAY: Test-drive follow-up depends on a salesperson's memory.
WITH WAOVERSIGHT: Every thread that goes quiet after a visit appears on a list.
TODAY: You ask how many buyers were spoken to this week and get a feeling.
WITH WAOVERSIGHT: A count of distinct buyers, with the quotes sent alongside it.
TODAY: A salesperson leaves mid-negotiation and the buyer goes cold.

04 — QUESTIONS
What managers in this sector ask
Is this a spy app?
No. Company-issued numbers only. Nothing installed on anyone's phone. No stealth mode. Your team is told before a number is linked, and every manager view is written to a log nobody can edit. Spy apps hide from the person being monitored; this one is announced to them.
We already have a CRM.
Keep it. A CRM records that a conversation happened, written up afterwards by the person it reflects on. We show what was actually said, including what was deleted. Most customers run both.
How much work is setup?
One QR scan per number, about a minute each. Nothing for reps to install, no number changes, no migration. A ten-person team is live inside an hour.
It's cheaper elsewhere.
Some are. Check what happens in month seven. Several competitors delete your archive after six months. Ask them for their uptime figures too, and see whether they publish any.
Find out what happened last week.
Fifteen minutes, your own numbers, no slides. If you don't see something that surprises you, we'll say so.
