PRICING

Priced per number watched. Never per person looking.

Bands are set by how many company WhatsApp numbers you monitor, because that is what this costs us to run. Managers, directors and auditors are unlimited on every plan, and every plan keeps 12 months.

WAOversight is priced per monitored WhatsApp number, in 3 bands: 49 dollars a month for up to 5 numbers, 99 for up to 10 and 199 for up to 20, and paying yearly is cheaper. Team includes 1,000 AI credits a month and Growth 2,000. Manager seats are unlimited, and every plan keeps 12 months of archive.

01 — BANDS

3 bands, one product.

Every band ships the same product. What changes is how many company numbers you may monitor, how much of the alerting and evidence tooling is switched on, and how many AI credits come with it each month.

30-day money-back guarantee on every plan. Unlimited manager, director and auditor seats and 12-month retention are included on every plan. Retention is never a tier lever here, and seats are never a meter.

Billed in US dollars, excluding local taxes. Annual plans are billed once for the year. There is no per-seat charge at any size: the price is set by how many numbers you monitor, not by how many people read the dashboard. Charging per seat would push you towards a shared login, and a shared login makes the access log meaningless.

02 — THE SAME BANDS, AS A TABLE

Every band in one table.

03 — THE PART THAT IS NOT A TIER

Seats and retention are not levers.

Two things stay identical in every band, on purpose. Manager, director and auditor seats are unlimited. Charging per seat would push you towards a shared login, and a shared login makes the access log meaningless, because every row in it would name the same account. And every band keeps 12 months of archive.

Both are worth checking against anyone else you are looking at. Per-user pricing and a 6-month retention cap are common in this category, and together they mean the record you are buying shrinks as your team grows.

How to compare these tools

04 — THE QUESTION TO ASK EVERYONE

What happens in month seven.

Several products in this category delete your archive after six months. That is not a pricing detail. It is the difference between a record and a rolling window.

How retention and the archive are handled. Ask any alternative you are comparing for the same answers, and for their published uptime, before comparing monthly prices.

05 — WHAT YOU ARE ALSO BUYING

The numbers we publish about ourselves

Every band includes the same reliability posture, and we publish it: session uptime and capture lag, monthly, per number, with the measurement method published in full. As far as we can tell, nobody else in this category publishes either figure.

When you compare us on price, ask the alternative for their uptime figure. If they do not have one, you are not comparing the same thing.

Billing runs on Stripe. Card details never reach our servers. We never see a card number.

06 — PRICING QUESTIONS

What people ask before they buy

What counts as a number?

One company-owned WhatsApp number linked to WAOversight, whatever it is called internally: a rep's work line, a shared showroom line, a branch line. Two reps taking turns on one number is one number. One rep with two lines is two. Nobody is metered: managers, directors and auditors are unlimited on every plan.

What happens if we add reps mid-cycle?

Adding a person changes nothing on its own, because people are not metered. Adding a NUMBER does. If you are inside your band's ceiling there is nothing to do, and if it takes you over, extra numbers are $12 a month each rather than a jump to the next band. You are only pushed up a band when moving up is genuinely cheaper.

Can we change plans?

Yes, in either direction, from the billing page. Moving up takes effect immediately and is prorated. Moving down takes effect at the end of the current period, so you keep what you paid for. The archive is never touched by a plan change; retention is a setting you control, not a tier lever.

What happens at the end of retention?

Messages older than the retention you set are dropped on the schedule you chose, 12 months by default on every plan. The access audit trail is kept for 3 years, outliving message retention on purpose, so the record of who looked at what survives the messages themselves.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, and it does not ask for a card. Creating a workspace takes an email and a password, and you can link a number and watch it capture before anything is bought. A card is only needed when you pick a plan, a first subscription then carries a 14-day trial, and every plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee on top of that. A 15-minute demo on your own numbers is still there if you would rather be walked through it.

Which plan includes CRM integrations?

Team and above. Connecting HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, your own CRM over its API, or a spreadsheet of customers is included from Team ($99 a month, up to 10 numbers). Watch captures and shows everything on your numbers; it does not tell the queue which numbers are customers. Move up from the billing page and the integrations page unlocks the same minute.

Which plans include AI assessments?

Team and Growth. Team includes 1,000 AI credits a month and Growth includes 2,000. Included credits refill each billing month. You can top up from the billing page at any time, and top-up credits do not expire. Watch does not include AI, because AI reads only customers your CRM knows, and CRM connections start on Team.

What is an AI credit?

1 credit is 1 AI reading of a thread: a scheduled reading, an Assess now, or a summary you ask for. A reading that fails costs nothing, and nothing already found disappears when credits run out. New readings stop, the classic reply-time alerts come back, and the owner is emailed before and when it happens. Top-ups are bought from the billing page and do not expire.

What if a session drops?

You are told, by alert and in the dashboard, and the number shows as degraded until it is relinked. Nothing captured before the drop is affected; the archive is append-only. We publish session uptime and capture lag monthly, per number, with the measurement method published in full.
